Your Results, But First…

Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions honestly.

That level of self-reflection is exactly what creates transformation.

Your results are below.

They’re designed to help you see where you are with clarity—not judgment. Everyone has to go through all four stages for a truce with food.

And doing the right work at the right time changes everything.

You’re in Stage 4: Trusting Satisfaction

What This Stage Actually Feels Like…

You bravely accepted the soul and spiritual awakening invitation in your food battle. As a result, food is what it is. You have a truce because you've realized your battle with food was actually an internal battle of listening to your soul to get your needs met. And now that you're tending to those needs, food is surprisingly easy most days.

Your body feels strong. Resilient. You feel more vitality. You can eat more foods than before. Turns out when you stop white-knuckling your emotions and start living by your values, your digestion, hormones, and inflammation all improve.

Your relationships feel fuller and more real because you bring more of yourself forward. This doesn't mean life is you skipping through the fields without problems. And, you have the capacity to lead your life when life is lifing so food has become background instead of distraction.

Setbacks feel like the necessary research for success. You can even ask that annoying coaching question, "How could this be happening for me instead of to me?"

Most days you trust this isn't all going to fall apart, and when old wounds surface, you know how to find your way back. Flexible thinking feels more natural. You're getting better results than perfectionism ever gave you, and without the self-judgment.

Your weight and health are improving, but you're grounded: no number is an easy-button to happily ever after. You're focused on sustainable food-and-life freedom. When you see a fit friend on Instagram, she genuinely inspires you. And like everyone else, you have days you don't want to go to the gym, but you're proud of yourself for showing up.

You've dismantled the belief that you had to earn your worth through achieving, pleasing, or fitting in. Without that pressure, your life is lighter. You're deeply empathetic and grounded. You can witness discomfort (yours or others') without absorbing it. Food doesn't even cross your mind.

Here's what you already know but might not be honoring…

You've been on a Heroine's Journey. You've reclaimed the parts of yourself you had to mute to belong earlier in life. What you were most deeply after wasn't fixing food—it was wholeness. Being "so full of yourself" in the most wonderful way possible.

You found the story that was causing you to be all-or-nothing, which was really a story of thinking your needs and belonging safety were at odds. You self-authored a new story so you have deeper connection with yourself and with the people and experiences who want you at your best.

A nourishing relationship with yourself is the foundation. When your physical and emotional needs are met, restriction isn't on the scene. Your life feels more nourishing than you could have imagined at the start of your old story; you feel you’re on your soul path and the gifts only you can give are being expressed and well-received.

What you've overcome to get here…

You've moved beyond perfectionism for the most part. Those old triggers (falling "off track," disgust, shame, shutdown) no longer have the same grip. You've learned that trying to earn your worth through achievement or people-pleasing was the real restriction all along.

With the pain of battling food gone, you have new goals rooted in your soul's longings. And you're no longer willing to ignore those longings and callings because you trust in what feels good now—with food and how you want to live your life.

Why you're perfectly positioned for transformation right now…

You understand this isn't about food and yet you might have lingering health or body image issues. You're ready to take more risks with the internal safety you've developed from your truce with food.

At this point, you're probably no longer asking questions about getting out of food pain. Now you're wondering: "How good can it get?" in your career, relationships, and overall life fulfillment.

You're craving community. Being with other wise women this far on the path is medicine—you can feel things shift just being in the room with them. You want more of this feeling of being fully yourself: confident, connected, free.

The Truce with Food framework supports you in this place too, because it's a risk-taking framework. And true health and well-being is always evolving into the next level. (Nature loves a creative challenge, if you can't tell. We humans are proof!)

As my self-authoring clients say: "I just want more of this!"
